This will gave you the opportunity to display your logo’s, company names, texts or any other information. These letters can be either illuminated or non illuminated. They can be made from a variety of different materials, style, colours and designs.

Due to the investments made by Cosign in an international network of joint ventures and partnerships, Cosign is able to offer any type of customised totem for both indoor and outdoor use. Logos, branding, or any content or message can be displayed on the totems. Even the size, shape, colour, or material can be customised.

These customised totems can be built with or without LED lighting. Our LEDs can be installed for specific parts of the totem (logo, text) or the entire totem, and it can be either edgelit (double-sided totems) or backlit (single-sided totems).

Our customised totems will be produced mainly in aluminium plates, having internal steel structures while having acrylic fronts or pushed-through or recessed acrylic texts. They can be powder coated in any RAL colour as per your request. During the powder coating process, 2 units of semi-automatic powder coating lines are applied.

These totems can take almost every shape, form, and design as requested. You can find some examples below, but much more is possible. Whichever creative idea you have, let us know and we’ll investigate the possibilities.

With a special construction, other than lightboxes, channel letters, or totems, we give you the possibility to stand out in your business. Special constructions can be letter boxes, banners, corten steel signs, totems with LED displays, among others.

In this part, we’ll show some of the special constructions that were made in the past, but the possibilities are (almost) limitless.

CORTEN STEEL

Channel letters, lightboxes, and totems can also be constructed in corten steel. These environmentally friendly products offer a matte, rusty, old-school look. LED lighting can be implemented into these corten steel signs.

These signs can be built using standard corten steel technology, where the sign stands outside until the corrosion process slowly turns the corten steel rusty. This look can also be created through activated corten steel technology, where the signs will have a rusty look from the start.

A corten steel look with vinyl is also possible for economical reasons.

BANNER LETTERS & LIGHTBOXES

Banner letters are used for very large signs. They have an internal aluminium construction with a PVC tension system specifically developed for this banner letter. The front is produced from high-quality PVC and can be decorated with vinyl or printed in high resolution.

The sides are covered with aluminium profiles, which can be powder-coated in any desired RAL colour. These letters are mainly used outdoors but can also be installed for indoor use.

We also offer customised mailboxes. These mailboxes can take many different shapes and forms. They can come in many sizes as well. They are powder coated in RAL colours, but it is possible to include Oracal vinyls as well. You can add any text and logos on the mailbox as well.
